Fitted with an undated "W" marked barrel, fixed blade front and stamped adjustable rear peep sights, type 3 barrel band/bayonet lug, two rivet low wood handguard and stock set, flat top bolt, "M" marked magazine catch, and late swivel style safety. The stock is oil finished with an oval oiler slot, crossed cannon stamp on the right side and an unboxed "AAM" Augusta Arsenal rebuild mark on the left and an uncircled "P" at the grip. The magazine is absent.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished with 85% of the post-war gray/green parkerized finish remaining. Showing some edge wear, light spotting, handling marks, and cycling marks throughout. The reoiled wood is very good with scattered pressure indentations, and small chips and dings. Mechanically excellent.
