Manufactured in 1904. Single steel bead sight on the concave matte rib marked "PARKER BROTHERS. MAKERS. MERIDEN. CONN. VULCAN STEEL" with 2 9/16 inch chambers, single extractor, and full/full chokes. The casehardened receiver is inscribed "PARKER BROS." on the right and left sides with zig-zag border engraving, standard two-line patent marking on the right side of the water table, and "V/122085" on the left. Fitted with dual triggers and automatic thumb safety. Mounted on a multi-point checkered splinter forearm and pistol grip stock with a hard rubber grip cap and checkered Parker Brothers "dogs head" hard rubber buttplate. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .733/.732 inches; wall thickness at 9 inches from breech .048/.049 inches; drop at comb 1 3/4 inches; drop at heel 2 3/4 inches; length of pull 14 1/8 inches.

Very good. The barrels have 95% plus original blue finish with clear rib markings, light handling marks, and light muzzle wear. The receiver has 60% original muted case colors with the balance aged to a mottled brown/gray patina. Showing handling marks, edge wear, and a mostly smooth gray patina on the tangs. The wood is very fine with well defined checkering, light handling marks, and scattered small dings. Mechanically excellent.
