Manufactured in 1902. the revolver features round blade front and frame notch rear sights, "bullseye" ejector rod head, checkered hammer, and smooth trigger. The barrel is stamped with the two-line Hartford address on top, and "COLT D.A. 38" on the left side. Fitted with checkered birds head grips with molded Rampant Colt logos at the top.

Fine with 50% plus of the original finish. Displaying areas of scattered freckling and spotting, edge and high point wear, mild pin point pitting, and handling marks mostly in the grip frame. The frame has aged to a mostly gray patina with some 40% of the muted original case colors, light spotting, and a mostly gray patina. The grips are very fine with mostly light handling marks and well defined checkering. Mechanically fine.
