The only visible marks are ".500 N.E." on the left side of the barrel and "F.L.W.R. III" on the right side at the breech. The action appears to be a Farquharson single shot falling block with a locking lever. The heavy barrel is fitted with a raised ramp brass post front sight, a three folding leaf rear express sight on the quarter rib and a peep sight on the rear of the quarter rib. The express leafs are marked "100 YDS", "200 YDS" and "300 YDS". There is a band at the half way point of the barrel with a sling swivel stud mounted on the underside. Blue barrel with casehardened remaining parts and mounted with a nicely figured multi-point checkered walnut forearm and straight grip stock with a leather covered recoil pad. Length of pull is 15 inches.

Very good as professionally finished and custom built with 99% plus blue and casehardened finish remaining. There are a few very light scratches on the barrel. The wood is also very good as custom made with a few minor handling marks and sharp checkering. The action is excellent.
