Manufactured in 1979-80. Patridge front sight and adjustable rear target notch sight. The right side of the barrel is marked ".45 CAL. MODEL 1955", standard markings on the right side of the frame, casehardened wide serrated target trigger and checkered hammer. Fitted with checkered walnut grips with silver Smith & Wesson medallions. Complete with a hardwood case, cleaning tools, screwdriver, a pair of moon clips and papers.

Near new with only slight handling marks. The grips are very fine with a few minor dings on the butt. The case is very good with a few minor scratches on the lid. Mechanically excellent.

Wide casehardened checkered hammer and wide casehardened serrated trigger. Fitted with checkered goncalo alves grips with silver Smith & Wesson medallions. Complete with a walnut case with a blue velvet lining, cleaning tools, and papers.

Excellent with 99% plus of the original blue finish with only slight handling marks and a very faint cylinder drag line. The grips are very fine with slight dings on the butt. The checkering is crisp. The case is good with a few minor scratches and broken hinges. Mechanically excellent.
