Description:

Manufactured in 1920. The rifle features a 20 inch lightweight barrel with a fixed German silver beaded blade front and elevation adjustable rear sporting notch sights, and standard markings. The receiver features a cartridge counter, casehardened lever, right hand thumb safety, and an adjustable Lyman rear peep sight mounted to the receiver top. Mounted on a smooth Schnabel tip forearm and straight grip stock with a serrated steel buttplate. The forearm and buttstock are numbered to the gun.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The metal displays 95% of the original blue finish, muted case colors on the lever, handling marks, sharp edges on the receiver, clear markings, and a few small dings on the barrel. The reoiled wood shows handling marks and a few small indentations. Mechanically excellent.
