Manufactured in 1989. This revolver is a replica of the original The Royal Armouries Colonel Samuel Colt Dragoon from The Great Exhibition in London in 1851. The revolver features a fine floral scroll engraving over most of the surfaces of the revolver. The left side of the barrel is marked "IN COMMEMORATION OF/COL. SAML COLT & THE GREAT EXHIBITION OF 1851". The cylinder is engraved with the Colt Indian fighting scene. Fitted with smooth walnut grips with a small oval plaque marked "ROYAL ARMOURIES AT THE TOWER OF LONDON" on the left grips panel. Complete with a walnut presentation case, certificate of authenticity, powder flask, bullet mold, nipple wrench, cap tin, key, and papers.

Near new with only slight handling marks. The engravings and markings are crisp and clear. The grips are excellent with a few minor dings. The case is very fine with a few area of adhesive reside.
