Description:

37 1/4 inches overall, with a curved single fuller 31 1/2 inch blade, decorated on the lower third with etched and gold washed martial and patriotic motifs on a niter blue field, marked "HONOUR(sic)/AND MY/COUNTRY" on the left side and the maker's marks "K.&S." and "Solingen" on the ricasso. The brass hilt is decorated with light floral engraving, with an eagle head pommel and a checkered one-piece grips. With a brass scabbard, decorated with leaf patterns on the suspension bands and an oval ball tip.

Rating Definition:

Fine. The blade shows a mixed gray patina with mild spotting, light wear, and over 60% of the original blue/gold finish. The grip is very good, showing a few mended cracks, and the scabbard is good with some dents and dark spotting overall.
