This revolver was manufactured in 1937 and has the standard markings and features, including matching serial and assembly numbers. It is fitted with a custom pair of checkered walnut grips with fluer-de-lis style designs and includes a pair of standard hard rubber grips numbered to another gun.

Fine as partially refinished. 75% of the original blue finish remains on the barrel, cylinder, and front strap. The back strap has strong original blue on the upper section and cold blue refinish along the back surface. The frame retains 75% of the original case color sand has some light spotting. The modern replacement wood grips are near mint with distinct checkering and minor handling and storage wear. The hard rubber grips are fine and have some chipping along the lower edges and mostly crisp checkering. It is mechanically excellent and has crisp markings.
