Kellogg depicting the New York Fire Zouaves in battle in a 14 x 18 inch matte. 2) "Zouaves Battle March" sheet music composed by William Dressler, a prolific composer of battle and marching music. Cover is a full colored graphic depicting zouaves attacking a Confederate position. 3) Large 4 3/4 x 3 3/4 inch detailed and colored tin type of a zouave soldier holding a Model 1861 musket fixed with a bayonet. 4) 3 3/4 x 3 1/4 tin type of a Union soldier with a musket fixed with a bayonet. 5) Tin type case only measuring 2 7/8 x 2 3/8 inches.

Rating Definition:

1) Fine with the wide border stained. The colors are bright. 2) Fine with slight chipping and tears along the edges and some stains. The colors are bright. 3) Fine with very little fading on the tin type. The copper matting is excellent. The two halves of the case are detached; otherwise, the case shows some mild wear. 4 & 5) Fair with the two halves of the case detached; otherwise, showing minor wear and excellent copper matting. 4 has a clear image, and 3 shows faded lining. A fine addition to a Civil War memorabilia collection, especially one that is dedicated to the zouaves.
