The pistol features fixed blade front and notch rear sights on the slide marked "CESKA ZBROJOVKA AKC.SPOL.V PRAZE" on the left side. The left side of the slide and frame are marked with the serial number, and a small Czech lion proof is found just above the trigger over the proof date "41" on the left side. The pistol is fitted with the rarely seen safety lever on the left side of the frame. The hammer, trigger, and safety lever are straw colored, and the remainder of the pistol is a factory polished blue. Fitted with checkered wraparound "CZ" monogrammed grips and a lanyard loop on the butt.

Very fine with 85% of the original blue finish and visible straw colors on the small parts. The slide and muzzle end shows a noticeable patch of deep pitting on the left side with edge and high point wear, small dings, and handling marks throughout. The grips are also very fine with well defined checkering and small handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
