Only 2,488 of these Colt single shot pistols were produced. Manufactured in 1931. Features an elevation adjustable front Patridge blade sight and a windage adjustable rear notch sight. It has the standard markings and features, and is fitted with checkered walnut grips with silver Colt medallions. The matching serial number "1580" is stamped on the crane and the grip frame under the left grip panel, and on the back of both grip panels.

Very fine with 85% of the original blue finish remaining. Displaying areas of moderate edge wear, handling marks, and a thinned gray patina on the grip straps. The grips are also very fine with well defined checkering, small indentations, and handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
