Manufactured in 1968 with a ramped beaded blade front and fixed express notch rear sight on the quarter rib marked "Lud. Borovnik-Ferlach-Austria". Features standard Austrian commercial proofs on the barrel flats and water table. The front sight ramp and barrel rib have fine checkering and fine line matting, and there are flourishes of floral scroll at the breech. Light floral and scroll engraving on the receiver and side plates and semi-relief leafy scroll on the fences. Dual triggers, cocking indicators, and a tang mounted safety switch. Mounted on a checkered forearm and stock with sling swivels and a solid rubber recoil pad. The stock dimensions are: 1 1/4 inches; drop at heel 2 1/2 inches; length of pull 14 1/2 inches.

Very good with 97% of the blue finish, scattered light surface spotting, and small handling marks overall. The case colors are vivid with some light silvering around the edges. The wood has been professionally freshened with crisp checkering, a 1/8 inch hairline crack behind the right lock plate, new recoil pad, and traces of indentations on the buttstock. Mechanically excellent.
