Description:

The makers marks have been deliberately removed, but this does appear to be an Unwin & Rodgers. Single bead sight, with a pair of crossed scepter proofs on the upper left barrel flat and a pair of drop point blades measuring 3 and 2 inches. Fitted with a pair of smooth horn grip panels which carry a bullet mold and tweezers and a small capbox in the butt. With a green felt lined hardwood case.

Rating Definition:

Very good. Polishing marks are present on the barrel and the blade ricassos, and there is denting on the muzzle and pitting on the breech and the blades. The grips are fine showing a few light handling marks, and the custom made case shows some stains and scuffs. Mechanically very good.
