Manufactured in 1892. The left side of the receiver is marked with the large "WRACo" monogram, and the lower tang is marked with the four-line address/patent dates. The top breech end of the barrel is marked "12," and the left rear is marked "WP" in an oval. It has a single brass bead sight, 2 3/4 inch chamber and gauges at improved modified choke. Blue barrel and magazine, casehardened receiver, lever and hammer, and mounted with a smooth two slab walnut forearm and checkered round knob pistol grip stock with checkered iron buttplate. The length of pull is 13 inches.

Fine. The barrel and magazine tube have 40% blue with the balance a smooth brown patina. The receiver retains 50% of the vivid original case colors concentrated on the right side with much of the original casehardened pattern remaining and a smooth gray patina on the left side. Traces of original case colors remain on the lever, mostly in protected areas, with a smooth mottled gray patina on the balance. 90% of the bright original case colors remain on the breechblock and hammer. The wood is very fine with 75% original varnish remaining and some scattered minor pressure dents, dings and handling marks. There is a minor 2 inch crack on each side of the toe and some minor splintering along the edge of the butt. The markings are sharp. Mechanically excellent.
