Manufactured in 1911. Pinned blade front sight, folding adjustable carbine rear sight, saddle ring staple with ring mounted on the left side of the receiver and full length magazine tube. The barrel has the two-line address/patent information and ".38 W.C.F." on the left side, Winchester factory oval proofs on top of the barrel and receiver at the breech and three-line model/trade mark information on the upper tang. Mounted with smooth walnut forearm and straight grip stock fitted with a carbine buttplate.

Fine. The carbine retains 50% original blue finish overall concentrated mainly on the barrel and magazine tube. The receiver retains traces of thin original blue finish mixed with smooth brown and plum patina. The wood is very fine with some minor dings and scratches. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
