Third Model manufactured in 1857. All complete and partial serial numbers match. Brass cone front and hammer notch rear sights, blue barrel and cylinder, silver plated brass trigger guard and back strap, and fitted with a smooth one-piece walnut grip.

Rating Definition:

Very good. The metal surfaces have a dark patina with some minor spotting and pitting. The cylinder shows a few minor dents, and half of the scene is visible. 75% original silver plating remains on the trigger guard and back strap, with an aged patina on the exposed brass. The grip is good with a small chip on each toe, numerous small dents on the bottom, some lower edge wear, and overall some minor dings and handling marks. The markings are clear. The action is excellent.
