The lock plate is signed "LAZORO/LAZOPIH" ahead of the hammer. The maker's marking could not be identified and is likely mimicking the renowned gunsmithing Lazarino family in Brescia signature. A chiseled floral motif is present on the hammer, tail of the lock plate, trigger guard, buttcap, side plate, thumb escutcheon and breech end of the barrel. The barrel tang has a floral engraving that compliments the chiseled pattern. A deeply struck and gold highlighted proof is present on the barrel at the breech. The pistol is equipped with a blade front sight with sighting groove and a grooved rear sight on the barrel tang. The full length stock has a horn tip and a beautiful deep relief floral carving that matches the metal work. The barrel is pinned to the stock. The wooden ramrod has a swelled horn tip.

Very fine. The pistol has a bright appearance. The stock is also very fine showing some scattered minor handling marks and a crisp carving. Mechanically excellent.
