This high quality half stock sporting rifle features a Damascus barrel with a blade front sight and three left rear sights (one standing and two folding). Two silver bands on the breech plug. The hammer features floral engraving with a leaf border. The border engraving extends to the "INNES" marked lock plate. It has a set trigger and a single barrel wedge. The patch box, trigger guard, and buttplate are brass and feature a floral engraving. The barrel has a solid iron rib on the underside. The half stock is checkered and features an engraved silver oval behind the engraved barrel tang (see photo) and is fitted with a horn forend cap, and two iron ramrod pipes with a brass lower pipe holding a brass tipped wooden ramrod.

Fine with 40% of the brown finish showing traces of the Damascus pattern. The lock retains traces of original case colors otherwise faded to a gray. There is some scattered very light pitting. The stock is also fine with crisp edges, a couple hairline cracks, and some minor handling marks. Overall the checkering is crisp. Action is excellent.
