This single shot rifle has "PRIMA BOHLER STAHL" marked on the textured top flat near the breech. The action is marked "BUCHEL/ORIGINAL/MEISTER" between scroll designs just rear of the breechblock. There are several German proofs throughout. It is equipped with a ramped and winged post front sight and an aperture rear tang sight. It has a smooth forearm and a Tyrolean style stock with checkering, carved accents, thumb rest, cheek rest, and single hook buttplate. The lever has a checkered scales with the "D.R.G.M. BUCHEL" emblem.

Rating Definition:

Very good. The barrel retains 85% plus of the blue finish with some light edge wear while the remaining components retain more than 75% of the rich case colors with some spotting and a mixture of brown and gray patina on the balance. There are several light scratches and marks throughout. The wood is good as repaired with some small dings and minor scrapes and crisp checkering. The butt stock has age cracking on each side at the action. The right side of the forearm is cracked at the action. The markings are crisp. The Meister is considered by some to be the best of the German actions.
