Fixed sights, with "1917" on the chamber and the "DWM" monogram on the toggle. Three "crown/letter" proofs and an "Imperial eagle" firing proof are present on the right side of the extension, with the eagle repeated on the barrel and breechblock. With checkered walnut grips and a nickel finished magazine with wooden base. With a brown leather flap holster bearing a faded makers mark and "B.A.III." inside the flap, takedown tool and an extra nickel finished wood base magazine.

Fine, with 50% of the faded original blue finish, showing bright edge wear, a mixed gray on the grip straps, and scattered slight spotting and handling marks. The hold-open has been removed. A mixed gray is present on the small parts, and the grips show some chips and dents. The holster is fair, with cracking of the straps, scuffs of the body and mild wear overall. Aside from the hold-open, the pistol is mechanically fine.
