This target pistol for "free pistol" or 50 meter target shooting was likely manufactured between WWI and WWII and has "W. FOERSTER BERLIN" on the top barrel flat, scroll engraving accents, stippling on the receiver ring, proofs on the barrel and action, drop out trigger group, matching serial numbers on several components, smooth walnut grips and forearm, a dovetailed blade front sight, and adjustable target rear sight with 50 meter marking on the left.

Very good overall with 75% of the aged original blue finish, very faint oxidation and pitting, and minor marks. There are minor pressure marks and scratches on the grips and a minor gouge on the right side of the forearm. Mechanically excellent with clear markings.
