Manufactured by Surgeon Rifles of Phoenix, Arizona. Features a heavyweight barrel with a three chamber muzzlebrake and an adjustable Atlas folding bipod. The heavy duty rail-top receiver is marked "SURGEON RIFLES" on the left side and features a black powder coat finish. The bolt is spiral fluted. The barrel and action are mounted in an Accuracy International AX AICS chassis with a milled aluminum Keymod forend, detachable Magpul five round box magazine, folding buttstock, adjustable cheekpiece, and adjustable buttplate. The consignor notes the chambering as .308 Palma.

Very good as custom built and finished with 98% of the black powder coat finish, filled in but legible markings, and small handling marks. The chassis is very good with handling marks and wear on the recoil pad. Mechanically excellent.
