Manufactured in 1927. Features dual bead sights on the matte vent rib, 2 3/4 inch chambers, and full/full chokes. The rib is post-1919 style with the rectangular bases. The casehardened receiver features standard specialty grade engraving with ducks on the right, quail on the left, and the remainder covered in broad leafy scroll. Fitted with a single trigger and an automatic tang mounted safety switch. Mounted on a multi-point checkered beavertail forearm and straight grip stock with a solid rubber recoil pad. Barrel and stock dimensions are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .726/.724 inch; wall thickness at 9 inches from breech .047/.048 inch; drop at comb 1 3/8 inches drop at heel 2 1/2 inches; length of pull 14 1/4 inches.

Very fine as refinished and repaired with 97% plus of the blue finish on the barrels, small handling marks, and a few minor nicks. The safety switch functions as the barrel selector, and barrel selection markings have been non-factory stamped on the upper tang. The correct Hunter One style selector is absent. The wood is also very fine with some visible hairline cracks, a carefully repaired break on the right side of the wrist, crisp checkering, and small handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
