Manufactured in 1930. Features a single bead sight on the concave, matte rib barrels with 3 inch chambers, single extractor, and full/full chokes. The underside of the barrel lug is marked "LONG RANGE". The casehardened receiver is marked "L.C. SMITH" on each lock plate and features dual triggers and a tang mounted automatic thumb safety. Mounted on a multi-point checkered splinter forearm and pistol grip stock with a serrated hard rubber buttplate. The barrel and stock dimensions are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .723/.723 inch; wall thickness at 9 inches from breech .0485/.0485 inch; drop at comb 1 5/8 inches; drop at heel 2 5/8 inches; length of pull 14 inches.

Very good with 95% of the blue finish on the barrels, traces of cleaned light pitting near the muzzle under the blue, clear markings, and a few small surface scratches. The receiver has 70% of the original case colors with light handling marks and some edge wear. The wood has well defined checkering, small dings, small scratches and gouges, and a fresh coat of varnish.
