The included factory letter confirms the serial number, barrel length, finish, grips, and the May 6, 1931, date of shipment to Smith-Winchester Co. of Jackson, Michigan. Features a pinned gold bead Patridge blade front sight and an adjustable square notch rear sight. The barrel and frame have standard markings. Fitted with a set of checkered grips with inset silver S&W medallions and the matching serial number stamped on the back of the right panel.

Excellent with 95% original blue finish, some light handling marks, areas of light flaking on the barrel, and a cylinder drag line. The grips are also excellent with only light handling marks, some small dings, and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
