Fitted with a heavy McGowen barrel without sights, two gold inlaid bands at the muzzle, and a gold wire bordered area of floral and scroll engraving just forward of the breech. The receiver is factory dovetailed for scope base mounting and engraved with floral and scroll designs. Mounted on a checkered pistol grip stock with a contrasting forend cap, fleur-de-lis checkering, engraved trigger guard and a moose gold inlay on the floor plate, checkered steel grip cap, roll over cheekpiece, and a checkered steel buttplate.

Very good as custom assembled and embellished with 99% of the blue finish, sharp engraving, a slight plum cast on the receiver and light handling marks overall. The wood is very good with small scattered dings, borders on the checkering and fine figure. Mechanically excellent.
