NB - EXCELLENT- near new condition 95% - 98%, used but little, no noticeable marring of wood or metal, bluing near perfect (some wear at muzzle or sharp edges can be expected).

The shotgun features dual red and steel bead sights on the second style "round post, donut base" matte vent rib, a 3 inch chamber, and an improved cylinder choke. The left side of the barrel has standard markings just forward of the breech, and the top of the barrel and receiver have been stamped with the Winchester "WP" proof correctly offset to the left to compensate for the rib with "54" near the index mark at base. The bolt and shell lifter have been jeweled. Mounted on a fancy grain diamond pattern checkered extension forearm and pistol grip stock with a blue steel grip cap and checkered Winchester buttplate. The stock measurements are: drop at comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at heel 1 3/4 inches; length of pull 14 1/4 inches.

Very fine with 98% factory quality blue finish, light handling marks, and traces of pin point spotting. The wood is also very fine with attractive grain, rich color, sharp checkering, and light handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
