Manufactured in 1937. Equipped with a hooded ramp front sight and Marbles bolt peep sight, and a filler block in the rear sight dovetail slot. Standard markings including the factory proof on top of the barrel and receiver at the breech. The unique "9999" serial number is stamped on the underside of the frame. Fitted with a 3/4 length magazine and sling swivel eyelets. Mounted on a diamond checkered pattern forearm and pistol grip stock with hard rubber factory grip cap and checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine. The rifle retains 85% original blue finish showing some thinning to a brown. The buttplate has a smooth bright gray patina and minor pitting. The wood is fine with a deep scratch on the forearm, a couple of minor gouges and some minor handling marks. The checkering shows some wear and handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
