Manufactured in 1925. Equipped with a beaded blade front sight, elevation adjustable rear sight, and folding tang peep sight. Standard markings including the Winchester legend with "25-20 W.C.F." on the left side of the barrel and factory oval proof stamped on top of the barrel and receiver at the breech. Mounted on a smooth forearm and straight grip stock with serrated steel buttplate.

Very fine. The rifle retains 85% plus bright original blue finish with the balance a brown patina. The wood is fine with a hairline stress crack near the upper tang, a couple repaired chips near the frame and some minor to moderate pressure dents and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
