Manufactured in 1953. Hooded ramp front sight and elevation adjustable rear sight. Standard Winchester barrel markings. The Winchester factory oval proof is stamped on top of the barrel and receiver at the breech. Mounted with a nicely figured and checkered pistol grip stock featuring quick release sling swivels, steel grip cap and checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine. The rifle retains 98% original blue finish with some minor edge wear on the receiver and overall only light handling mark. The undersize, refinished wood is fine with a few minor dings and handling marks and sharp checkering. The markings are sharp. The action is excellent.
