Manufactured in 1942. The barrel has the two-line address/patent dates marking on top and Police Positive legend on the left side. The left side plate has the Rampant Colt. Fitted with checkered Rampant Colt medallion grips. The factory box is numbered to the gun. With "Special Instructions."

Near new in box with a light cylinder drag line. The box is very fine showing a split lid edge corner. Most of the label remains.

Excellent. The revolver retains 98% plus original blue showing slight muzzle wear and a few light handling marks. The grips are also excellent with overall crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent. The box is fair with tape repairs, tears and edge separation. Most of the label remains.
