This rifle has a "SWP/1889" cartouche on the left, standard blade front sight on a bayonet stud base, "R" marked Buffington rear sight, standard markings, slotted button head ramrod, oil finished walnut stock, and a leather sling.

Fine as arsenal refinished with 80% plus blue finish, filing marks at the breech (cold blue has been applied), small patches of light spotting, and scattered minor marks. The stock is also fine and has some minor scrapes, ding, and storage wear. Mechanically excellent.
