Manufactured in 1929 and has a beaded blade front sight, screw adjustable notch rear sight, barrel band with spring and key rings for mounting at a shooting gallery, the distinctive triangular gallery loading tube cut, 12 groove forearm, standard markings on the upper left barrel flat, the oval "P" proofmark usually used on barrels fitted outside the factory, standard three-line trademark markings on the upper tang, matching serial numbers on the lower tang and bottom of the action, and a smooth straight wrist buttstock with standard rifle buttplate. Two loading tubes are included.

Fine as rebarreled by the factory. The barrel and barrel band retain 75% of the original blue finish and have mild spotting. Patches of original blue also remain on the other components which display mottled gray and brown patina. The wood is also fine and has scattered minor scratches and a few small dents. The rifle is mechanically excellent and has crisp markings.
