Description:

The Model 4 series was the smallest Remington rolling block rifle and was manufactured from 1890 to 1933. The takedown option became available in the early 20th century. It has "H4" on the bottom of the stock, blade and notch sights, "REMINGTON ARMS CO. ILION N.Y. U.S.A." (1890-1922) on top of the barrel, and "22," "P," and the serial number on the bottom of the barrel.

Rating Definition:

Very good overall with 75% original blue and casehardened finish, mild oxidation, and several marks and scratches throughout, especially on the wood. Mechanically excellent.

Rating Definition:

Very good overall with 85% of the original blue finish on the barrel, minor spotting, most of the subtle case colors, and minor marks and scratches throughout. Mechanically excellent.
