This is an excellent example of a 1930 Commercial Mauser Broomhandle Pistol. The chamber is marked "WAFFENFABRIK/MAUSER/OBERNDORF A/N", with a "crown/U" proof on the left upper flat with the serial number below the proof on the left side. The left rear panel of the receiver is marked with the Mauser banner and the right rear of the frame is marked "WAFFENFABRIK MAUSER/OBERNDORF A. NECKAR/D.R.P.u.A.P." The "crown/U" proof is repeated on the top of the bolt handle. Integral blade front sight and tangent rear sight graduated from 50 to 1,000 meters. All blue finish and fitted with set of unnumbered standard 12 groove walnut grips and lanyard ring on the butt.

Very fine with 98% of the original blue finish overall. The replacement grips are in very good condition with nice distinct serrations on the sides with an extra heavy coat of varnish applied to both grips.
