Manufactured in the Eibar region of Spain, the "American" pistol is comparable with the Colt 1908 or the FN/Browning Baby vest pocket pistols in size and function but has a novel takedown lever arrangement on the right side. The slide and frame have zig-zag border engraving, with scroll accents on multiple components, as well as a niter blue trigger and smooth mother of pearl grips. Included with the pistol is a copy of an appraisal performed by noted author Charles Kenyon Jr. which speculates that the pistol may have been a salesman's sample or store display.

Excellent, with 99% plus original nickel finish, showing some light handling marks overall. Mechanically excellent.
