Manufactured in 1948. This example has a hooded ramp beaded blade front sight. The barrel is period fitted with scope bases. It has a Lyman receiver mounted rear peep sight. Standard Winchester markings. Stock features an ebony forend tip, factory hard rubber grip cap, cheekpiece, and checkered plastic buttplate. Complete with a single shot magazine adapter.

Excellent. The rifle retains 97% of the original blue finish with light handling marks and minor brown speckling along the barrel. The markings are clear. The stock is very fine with minor scattered scratches and dings. The checkering has moderate wear. Mechanically excellent.
