Fine, with 60% of the original dark blue finish, showing a brown patina on the grip straps, scattered minor spotting, and handling marks. The grips are very good with moderate wear overall. The barrel throat has been altered, otherwise mechanically fine. These U.S. M1911's are difficult to find in this fine of condition!
