The included factory letter confirms the features of the revolver and states that is was shipped from the factory on May 29, 1918 to the United States Armory, Springfield, Mass. The revolver has standard markings and features including the correct military inspection and proofmarks and matching visible serial numbers including the inside of the right grip panel. Includes an unmarked brown canvas web belt, three compartments ammunition pouch, and a "U.S." embossed leather holster marked "G&K/1917/A.G." on the belt loop. Also included are 15 rounds of .45 ACP ammunition.

Excellent. 95% plus original blue finish remains with some mild edge wear around the muzzle, light scattered surface scratches, and a visible cylinder drag line. The excellent grips have a few light dings around the butt edge. Mechanically excellent. The web belt and pouch are fine with some light staining and wear on the metal fittings. The holster is also fine with some white mildew buildup, moderate verdigris around the fittings, some small scuffs and minor age cracks, tight stitching and clear markings.
