The pistol has a military blue finish, standard markings and features. The right side of the slide is roll stamped: "MODEL OF 1911 U.S.ARMY" in the high position that is typical of 1916 slides. All of the markings have Roman (serifed) letters. The Ordnance inspector's "GHS" final inspection mark is stamped above the magazine release button. The barrel has a military blue finish. The top of the chamber is stamped with an "H" inspection mark followed by a "P" proofmark. Fitted with a two-tone blue magazine with a lanyard loop floorplate. Comes with a "G.&K./1917/F.I.C." marked U.S. leather flap holster.

Rating Definition:

Professionally restored overall to near mint and retains 100% of the military style blue finish. All of the markings are crisp. Mechanically excellent. The holster is very good showing some minor flex wear and handling marks. The stitching is tight.
