Fixed blade front and frame notch rear sights, standard S&W markings, and British proofs on the barrel, frame, and cylinder. The top strap is marked "flaming bomb, U.S. PROPERTY, G.H.D.". The right side plate has been stamped with a "broad arrow" mark and "53/FTR" indicating a factory through repair in 1953. Fitted with smooth grips and a lanyard loop on the butt.

Fine as arsenal refurbished with 90% of the gray parkerized finish remaining, small areas of high point and edge wear, small scattered dings, and handling marks overall. The grips have a few light pressure marks and a deeper gouge on the right panel. Mechanically excellent.

Very fine. 75% of the gray/green parkerized finish remains with areas of high point and edge wear, surface scratches, and good visible case colors on the hammer and trigger. The replacement grips have well defined checkering, and small dings and handling marks overall. Mechanically excellent.
