Manufactured in 1971 as a limited edition of only 250. Standard commemorative markings and features. Inset into the right side of the stock is a solid gold medallion of the Anheuser-Busch crest. Includes a letter from Winchester dated September 24, 1971 advising Anheuser-Busch about the manufacture of the limited edition and the original box numbered to the gun.

Excellent. The carbine retains 99% plus original blue finish with a very small area of finish loss on the top barrel flat edge and overall light handling marks. The wood is very good plus with the buttplate being a bit ill-fitting and showing an area of minor wear directly behind the medallion, a minor crack on the butt edge on the right side, a few minor imperfections, thinning of the finish on the left side of the stock, and overall some minor scuffs and scratches. The action is fine. The box is about good with a 3 1/2 inch by 6 inch area cut out of the lid (top layer of cardboard), a couple of holes, and some edge and corner wear.
