Description:

Standard 1892 carbine that was manufactured in 1926 with 20 inch round barrel in 38-40 WCF caliber. Square base pinned front sight with a silver bead and an adjustable fold down rear sight. It has a staple and saddle ring mounted on the left side of the receiver. Standard barrel and upper tang markings. Smooth forearm and straight grip stock with a steel carbine buttplate.

Rating Definition:

Fine. The barrel and magazine tube retain 85% thinning original blue finish with minor pitting on the magazine tube and some small minor scratches on the barrel. The receiver retains 30% dark original blue finish mainly in protected areas with a smooth brown and gray patina on the balance. The wood is good with some age cracks on the right side of the stock and overall some minor dents and dings. The markings are crisp and clear. The action is excellent.
