Manufactured in 1917. Single bead sight on the Special order Damascus steel barrel with a 2 3/4 inch chamber and full choke. The barrel and receiver have standard markings including the Winchester "WP" proof on top of the barrel and receiver at the breech. Mounted on an 18 groove slide handle and pistol grip stock with a checkered hard rubber Winchester Buttplate. The stock measurements are: drop at comb 1 3/4 inches; drop at heel 2 inches; length of pull 13 3/4 inches.

Fine. 40% original blue finish remains with areas of high point and edge wear, attractive visible Damascus patterning on the barrel, surface scratches, clear markings, and cycling wear on the action bar and magazine tube. The wood is also fine with scattered pressure dents, small dings, shallow gouges, and handling wear in the areas associated with normal usage. Mechanically excellent.
