This is an excellent example of an original pre-war Walther Olympia target model pistol in 22LR. This "Sport Model" has the 7 1/2 inch, post 1937 Target Model type barrel with the original factory dovetail machined on the underside to allow for attachment of the barrel weight. The pistol has standard markings, proofs and features. The full serial numbers is behind the serrations with the matching number on the slide. Includes the original blue magazine, with the brown extended finger rest base, specifically designed for this pistol.

Excellent with 97% of the original blue finish overall with wear on the edges and high spots overall with some minor scratches on the right side of the barrel. The grips are very fine with most of their varnished finish overall with nice sharp checkering on both sides, with a few minor pressure dents on the top right side, with most of the varnish loss in that area. As noted, this pistol has a matching numbered slide. A very nice example of a scarce pre-war target pistol.
