Description:

Produced in Argentina, the Ballester-Molina was the successor to the Model 1927 Pistol. The "B" prefix of the serial number and the British proofs are associated with a series of pistols produced expressly for sale to the British government during the Second World War. Fixed sights, standard maker's marks and British proofs and matching numbers are on the barrel, slide and frame.

Rating Definition:

Excellent, with 97% plus original blue finish, showing some bright edge wear, a thin takedown line near the slide stop, and minor handling marks overall. A few dings and chips are present on the otherwise fine grips, along with a crack on each panel running down the serrations. Mechanically excellent.
