Manufactured in 1956 with standard markings, a beaded blade front sight on a stippled ramp (hood absent), a Lyman Alaskan scope in a Griffin & Howe quick release side mount, the base for the original peep sight, and a checkered stock with ebony forend cap, sling, metal grip cap, and checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine as period custom refurbished (possibly by Griffen & Howe) with 98% plus blue finish and light handling and storage marks. The wood is also very fine. It is mechanically fine with extremely light trigger pull. The scope is excellent.
