Manufactured in 1961 with a hooded ramped beaded blade front and flip up adjustable notch rear sights and standard markings on the barrel and receiver including the Winchester "WP" proof offset to the left on the barrel and receiver at the breech. The top of the receiver is drilled and tapped for scope/sight mounting with filler screws in place. Mounted on a checkered pistol grip stock with sling swivels and a checkered plastic buttplate.

Fine. 80% faded original blue finish remains with areas of high point and edge wear, scattered surface scratches throughout, and faintly legible matching numbers on the bolt. The stock has a few small pressure dents, crisp checkering, and a larger dent at the heel. Mechanically excellent.
