The receiver has 40% subdued original case colors, the balance has a smooth gray patina with light handling marks, sharp engraving, and very clear markings. The wood is very good with small impressions and indentations overall, well defined checkering, and a linear gouge on the left side of the wrist. Mechanically excellent.
